TMAC Engineering (SMC-Private) Limited scope will involve Design, supply and installation of Heat Tracing Insulation.
Exclusion:
1. Power connections required to install on site
2. On Site Handling of material
Uniflex Thermal Insulation jackets are manufactured in accordance to international standard providing ultimate quality and reliability. UniFlex complies all technical specifications and required standards. They are custom made, flexible and shaped on the body to be protected: this allows an easy disassembling and reassembling, thanks also to the type of fixing made using Velcro.
Materials used to produce UNIFLEX are composed of high-density multi-layer ceramic fibers (absolutely without asbestos) resistant to high temperatures.
Heat Tracing Application:


High performance HPT power-limiting heating cables are designed specifically for process temperature maintenance or freeze protection where high maintain temperatures or high temperature exposure is required.
A coiled resistor alloy heating element provides the power-limiting feature of HPT. This PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) characteristic decreases the cable’s power output as the heat-traced product temperature increases and allows the cable to be overlapped during installation.
The composite construction of the heating element and fiber substrate, plus an additional fiber cushion layer, provide an exceptionally durable high-performance heating cable.

The heating wire we use is selected according to the power voltage, as well as the size and area. Different heating wires are used according to different powers. There are 3 or 10 ohm heating wires. We generally use carbon fiber heating wires at low temperatures. heating wire is a reinforced plastic composite made of carbon fiber. Carbon fiber is a fibrous carbon material. It is stronger than steel, less dense than aluminum, more resistant to corrosion than stainless steel, and more resistant to heat than heat-resistant steel.

• Omron display, solid state relay capacity is 35A, display temperature is 0-999 degrees
• Display temperature accuracy within ± 1 degree
• The thermocouple uses K type or pt100, with PID adjustment function
• High temperature or low temperature will automatically alarm, and there is open circuit protection, the interface can be customized according to your requirements
